My name is Amber Ammons, owner and manager of Zen Atelier Massage. Living with chronic pain myself, I understand firsthand how it can affect every part of your life—physically, emotionally, and mentally. This personal experience drives my passion to help others find relief and regain control over their well-being.

I’ve dedicated my career to studying and perfecting techniques that address chronic pain, stress, and tension. At Zen Atelier, I combine therapeutic care with genuine empathy to create customized treatments that go beyond relaxation, focusing on long-term relief and improved quality of life.

My mission is to provide a sanctuary where clients feel seen, heard, and cared for. I believe no one should feel limited by their pain, and I strive to empower my clients with treatments that not only alleviate their discomfort but also help them live fuller, healthier lives.
